Terms of Use

Acceptance and scope

These Terms govern your use of the Still Good website, the Still Good mobile application, and the It's Time mobile application (internally also referred to as CookTimer). The services are operated by Gosovych Volodymyr Viktorovych, Ozeriany, Ternopil region, Ukraine. Contact: hello@still-good.app.

By using a service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps distributed through the App Store. If these Terms conflict with mandatory law or Apple's applicable terms, the mandatory rule controls.

It's Time

It's Time provides local timers, timer chains, reminders, widgets, Live Activities, and system alarm or notification integrations. You may use its core timer functionality without an account.

Timer alerts depend on device state, permissions, volume, operating-system behavior, battery state, and Apple services. Do not rely on It's Time as the only alert for safety-critical, medical, emergency, industrial, or life-dependent activity. You remain responsible for checking timers and the relevant cooking or process conditions.

Local timer data is stored on the device. You are responsible for maintaining any device backups you require.

Accounts

An ecosystem account is optional in It's Time and may be required for account-based features in other ecosystem products. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.

The account may be shared across Still Good, It's Time, and related ecosystem services. Deleting the account from one app can remove the shared account and associated personal data across those services. The deletion confirmation explains this before the request is submitted.

We may restrict or terminate an account that is used unlawfully, compromises service security, infringes rights, or materially violates these Terms.

Waitlist

Submitting your email to the waitlist means you consent to receive occasional emails from us about Still Good — including beta invites, launch updates, and product news. Signing up does not guarantee beta access or a place in any specific launch cohort. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting hello@still-good.app.

Still Good

Still Good provides tools for tracking products and expiry information. Dates, suggestions, classifications, and AI-generated results are informational and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for checking product condition, storage instructions, manufacturer guidance, and food safety information.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the services unlawfully or to harm another person;
• attempt to access another user's account or data;
• probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass service security except where applicable law expressly permits;
• upload content you do not have the right to use;
• use automated means to enumerate accounts, scrape private data, or abuse authentication endpoints.

User content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of submitted content.

Third-party services

Some features depend on Apple and other providers identified in the Privacy Policy. Their services and content are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for an outage or change controlled solely by a third party, but this does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

The apps, website, visual design, software, logos, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator. These Terms grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the services as provided. They do not transfer ownership of the services or branding.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, add, remove, or discontinue features. We aim to keep account services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Core guest timers in It's Time are designed to remain usable without the account server, subject to device and operating-system behavior.

Disclaimers and liability

The services are provided with the level of care required by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, they are otherwise provided “as is” and without guarantees that every reminder, prediction, AI result, expiry date, or timer alert will be error-free or delivered at an exact moment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse, unsupported reliance, third-party outages, or failure to maintain device settings and backups.

Account deletion and termination

You may initiate deletion of the shared ecosystem account from the profile editor in It's Time or through any other deletion method we make available. Deletion is permanent after confirmation and is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Removing an app from a device does not by itself delete a server account.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts and dispute-resolution bodies have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
