Acceptance

By using the Still Good website (still-good.app), the Still Good mobile application, or any related service (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

About Still Good

Still Good helps you keep track of products on your shelf, know what stays fresh, and reduce waste. The Service is operated by Gosovych Volodymyr Viktorovych, a natural person residing in Озеряни, Тернопільська область, Ukraine. The website collects waitlist signups; the mobile app provides the full product experience on Apple devices.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Account creation and security

To use the mobile app, you must create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, email/password, or a magic link. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your credentials confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to the Service or other users.

Waitlist

Submitting your email to the waitlist means you consent to receive occasional emails from us about Still Good — including beta invites, launch updates, and product news. Signing up does not guarantee beta access or a place in any specific launch cohort. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting hello@still-good.app.

Subscriptions and payments

Still Good offers optional paid subscriptions that unlock premium features. The following terms apply:

• Billing — subscriptions are sold and processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the price disclosed at purchase, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Cancellation — you can cancel anytime in your Apple ID Settings → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policy. We cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Price changes — we may change subscription prices. Changes will be communicated in advance and take effect on your next renewal, subject to your acceptance per Apple's rules.
• Entitlement management — subscription status is managed via RevenueCat.

AI features disclaimer

The app includes features powered by AI (Anthropic Claude). AI-generated suggestions — including freshness estimates, storage tips, and product information — are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Always use your own judgment, inspect products before consuming them, and follow safe food-handling practices. Do not rely on the app for medical, dietary, or safety-critical decisions.

User content

You may add product names, categories, expiry dates, photos, and notes to the app ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display it within the Service for the purpose of providing the app's functionality to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Service content without permission.
• Use the Service to send spam, malware, or harassment.
• Abuse AI features (e.g. attempting to extract training data, jailbreak prompts, or generate disallowed content).

Intellectual property

All content of the Service — including the name "Still Good", logo, design, source code, and copy — is owned by or licensed to the operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Account termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Account → Delete account) or by emailing hello@still-good.app.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or if required by law. Active subscriptions will continue to bill via Apple until cancelled through your Apple ID Settings.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or accessible in every country. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of data, loss of profit, or food spoilage — arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is lower.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Ukrainian law, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country grant you additional rights.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision. We will notify you of significant changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
