Privacy Policy

Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Still Good website (still-good.app), the Still Good mobile application, and the It's Time mobile application (internally also referred to as CookTimer). It explains what each product collects, why the data is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.

Data controller

The services are operated by Gosovych Volodymyr Viktorovych, a natural person residing in Ozeriany, Ternopil region, Ukraine. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to hello@still-good.app.

It's Time — guest use and local timer data

It's Time can be used without creating an account. Timer names, durations, chains, reminder settings, and timer state are stored locally on the device in an Apple App Group container so the main app, widgets, Live Activities, and their controls can work together. We do not upload this timer data to our server.

Apple's AlarmKit and local notification services receive the information needed for the device to present timer alerts. These alerts are scheduled and managed by the operating system.

Deleting It's Time from the device removes its local application data subject to Apple's normal device and backup behavior.

It's Time — optional ecosystem account

If you choose to create or use an ecosystem account, we collect and store:

• email address;
• display name;
• internal user or account identifier;
• Sign in with Apple authorization identifier when that method is used;
• chosen language;
• avatar color and profile appearance preferences;
• authentication and security information required to maintain the session.

This information is used only for authentication, account security, shared ecosystem profile functionality, product personalization, and support. The authentication token and local account profile are stored in Apple Keychain on the device.

When you contact support from the app, you may choose to send a message containing app version, device model, operating system version, and language. This information is sent only after you initiate the support request in your mail application.

It's Time does not include third-party advertising, cross-company tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. Opening an App Store link for another ecosystem app is handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy.

It's Time — account deletion

You can initiate permanent deletion from Settings → Edit Profile → Delete Account. Because the same account can be used across ecosystem apps, deleting it may also remove access and associated personal data in Still Good and other ecosystem services. The app displays this consequence before confirmation.

Deletion removes the shared account record and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain. Local It's Time timer data remains on the device because it is not part of the server account. You may delete that local data by removing timers or uninstalling the app.

Still Good

Depending on the features you use, Still Good may collect:

• account data, including email, name, authentication identifiers, language, and profile preferences;
• product records you create, such as product name, category, expiry date, and an optional uploaded photo;
• push notification token used for expiry reminders;
• device and app information used for compatibility, security, and support;
• usage analytics collected only where consent is required and obtained;
• text or images submitted to optional AI features for processing;
• IP address and limited request logs for security and abuse prevention.

Still Good uses this data to provide product tracking and reminders, authenticate accounts, provide optional AI functionality, maintain security, answer support requests, and improve the service where legally permitted.

Website

The website may collect an email address when you voluntarily join a waitlist. Theme and consent preferences are stored locally in the browser. Website analytics are used only in accordance with the consent choices presented on the website.

Legal bases

Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data under one or more of the following bases:

• Consent — optional analytics, marketing communications, or optional submissions;
• Contract — creating and maintaining an account and providing requested app functionality;
• Legitimate interests — service security, fraud prevention, reliability, and support;
• Legal obligation — records we must retain under accounting, tax, or other applicable laws.

Service providers

We may use the following providers only where relevant to the product or feature you use:

• Apple — App Store distribution, Sign in with Apple, AlarmKit, notifications, widgets, and Live Activities (Apple Privacy Policy);
• Private EU-hosted server / PocketBase — ecosystem account storage and authentication;
• Google — consent-based website or Still Good analytics and supported authentication flows (Google Privacy Policy);
• Anthropic — processing content submitted to optional Still Good AI features (Anthropic Privacy Policy);
• Resend — transactional email delivery (Resend Privacy Policy).

Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Retention

• Guest-mode It's Time data remains locally until you delete it or uninstall the app.
• Ecosystem account data is kept until the account is deleted or retention is otherwise required by law.
• Security logs are retained only for a limited period reasonably necessary for security and abuse prevention.
• Provider-specific retention for optional analytics or AI processing follows the applicable provider configuration and policy.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, consent withdrawal, or a portable copy of your personal data. Contact hello@still-good.app. We may need to verify that the request concerns your account.

You can use It's Time as a guest without providing account information. You can change notification and alarm permissions in iOS Settings and can delete a shared account from the app.

Children

The services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected using appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and local storage

The website uses browser local storage to save theme and consent preferences. Optional analytics are activated in accordance with your consent choice. For details, see our Cookie Policy.

Changes

We may update this policy as the products evolve. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where required.
